iPhone users facing speaker-in-call issues
When you’re switching over to the speaker phone during a call, you will have to take the direct flow route. However, this flow seems to be currently broken. If you tap on the speaker button, it’ll bring out the Speaker Options menu from where you’ll need to select Speakers. This flow shouldn’t only be opened when you’ve got an additional Bluetooth speaker or earbuds connected as at this point, you’ll have the option of switching between other audio sources. Since currently you don’t have any other audio sources, the device automatically should be switching over to the speaker upon tapping on this option. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. But there is a workaround that you’ll get to know about below.

Remember that if you’ve set it to Bluetooth and there are multiple Bluetooth devices connected, you will have to manually choose the specific device.
